KoMo KoMo is abbreviated from Korean Mosaic Kitchen,a symbolic way of putting discrete culinary arts together. Providing customers with genuine food  in a cozy dining room has been highly considered. When  we opened KoMo KoMo in 2011, our business plan was simple, Chef’s food, run by the wife.

  • Graduated from Culinary Institute of America in New York/ 1998

Chef Jae had cooked at several well- known fine restaurants  in New York and Washington D.C., with world class chefs and now is thrilled to bring both his heritage and his experiences here in North Carolina.
